A local family, obsessed with your day in the Gorge

Waterfall Shuttle was founded in 2020. We were at the falls running an e-bike rental and kept watching vacations get ruined by permit and parking problems.

So we started a shuttle from the next freeway exit to sidestep all of it. In our first year we helped over 20,000 people reach Multnomah Falls — and found a passion for showing visitors the beauty of Oregon.

Since then we've built a team of guides with backgrounds in biology, geology, history, and ecology. We hire people who are genuinely passionate about their area of expertise and love what they do. We're obsessed with the guest experience — if you ever want to talk about your trip, don't hesitate to reach out. We're always looking for new ways to make our tours even better.

Meet Gloria

Our 14-passenger Ford bus has a wheelchair ramp and plenty of room. She's named after Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, her previous owner. She's comfortable, heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer — and the best seat in the house for the Columbia River Gorge.

We're a family business that's lived in the Gorge since the 1970s and owns several local tourism companies. Traveling as a group also means far fewer emissions than everyone driving separately — and we go beyond Leave No Trace, encouraging every guest to leave each place better than they found it.
